All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is completed. Tickets are non-transferable to any other event or date unless expressly stated by the organizers. In the event of a postponement, this ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refund will be issued for postponement. In the event of a change of venue, this ticket will remain valid at the new venue as announced by the organizers. If the event is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, refunds will be processed as per the organizers' announcement at that time. Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets will not be replaced. Each ticket permits one entry only. Once scanned, re-entry is not guaranteed. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unruly, unsafe or inappropriate conduct, without refund. Changes to the lineup, set times or running order do not entitle the holder to a refund. Entry is at the ticket holder's own risk.
