Yes.

Yes! Organizers can choose to make events private, totally free of costs. Private events are not published on to the townevent.pk site.

We are currently trialing our service with a select group of people. Put yourself on our wait list!

Please reach out to us via the Contact Us page. Please provide or have ready all the relevant information such as the ticket number, reference number or Organizer name.

Townevent does not issue refunds. Given we are an open system, each Organizer can have their own ticket policy including how they handle refunds. Attendees should inquire about those policies from the Organizer directly before purchase. Our tickets and systems can easily accommodate new dates and reschedules.

To protect attendees from fraud or abuse of the system, Townevent will refund the ticket (less our fees), if it is found out that an event was misrepresented. Attendees may contact as soon as possible and let us know of the details of such an instance.

First off - please check whether you got an email from Safepay confirming the payment. If you did not get this email, you were not charged. Your bank will reverse the payment to you in a day or two.

If you did receive an email from Safepay confirming payment but didn't see an email from us (Townevent), please check your Junk/Spam Folder.

If neither the above two have occurred, please get in touch with us. We'll make sure to sort out the issue for you.
