VM Art Gallery is proud to present ‘Rhapsody In Colour: A Journey Through the Mastery of Ahmed Parvez’. This exhibition features a remarkable selection of works by Ahmed Parvez, celebrating his dynamic command of colour and form. The exhibition opens on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and will continue till Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, with gallery timings from 11 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday.
Ahmed Parvez (1926–1979) remains one of the most distinctive voices in modernist art history in Pakistan. His career unfolded over decades marked by exile, experimentation, emotional extremes, and ultimately, artistic independence. This exhibition traces the arc of Parvez’s creative evolution through his journeys across Pakistan, London, New York, and back again.
We are delighted to provide this unique opportunity for gallerygoers to appreciate and study Parvez’s work as part of an enriching educational experience.
